Friday — Arrive, Exhale, Settle In

Arrive from 3pm onwards — no rush, no pressure.

This day is intentionally unstructured, so you can arrive in your own time and ease into the weekend.

• Settle into your room
• Your Reset Society gift pack will be waiting on your bed
• Take a moment to switch off, unpack, and breathe

From 5pm (optional):
• Light FlexiFly Reformer sessions running for those who want to move after travelling

Evening

• Relaxed pizza night - easy, social, no formality
• Time in the bar & games room
• Drinks, music, and effortless “get to know each other” moments (no awkward icebreakers, promise)

Think: first-night energy, but calm.

Saturday — Move, Reset, Connect

Morning — Your pace, your choice

Wake up slowly.

You choose your flow:

• Workout first, then breakfast
or
• Coffee + breakfast, then move

Breakfast includes:
Açaí bowls, pastries, fresh options - nourishing but relaxed.

Reformer Sessions

We’ll run multiple Flexi Fly Reformer classes across the morning so you can choose a time that suits you.

• Small groups
• Fully guided
• Optional outdoor sessions if the weather allows

When you’re not in class → free time to get ready, relax, or enjoy the space.

Midday — Coastal Reset

Ready? We head out.

• Walk through the pinewoods to the beach
• Fresh air, sea breeze, proper switch-off energy
• Option to grab lunch locally or bring something light

No rush. Just space.

Afternoon

Back to the house around 4pm

• One big group mat Pilates session
— energising, feel-good, everyone together

Evening

6pm — Dinner
• BBQ-style, relaxed, social, outside if weather allows

8pm — Wind Down

Breathwork session
• Face masks, chill time, slower energy
• Proper reset mode

Think: calm, cosy, grounded.

Sunday — Slow Start, Strong Finish

Morning

Wake up + relaxed breakfast.

Then we head out:

• Walk through the pinewoods to the beach
Sunrise Pilates session by the sea - with the option of a cold dip too

Quiet. Simple. Powerful.

Late Morning

• Back to the house
• Pack up at your own pace

Before You Go

• Optional group lunch nearby
or
• Head off when you need to

No pressure - just leave feeling better than when you arrived.
